Talitha Adkins

Director

Talitha Adkins is a Chattanooga native and has been a licensed massage therapist and asthetician for over 18 years. In 2005 she opened A Better You Day Spa and grew the company to a 7,000 sf facility that now houses A Better You Academe.

Jessica Runyan

Originally from Arkansas, Mrs. Runyan has over a decade of experience in the field of massage therapy. She has valuable experience in a variety of settings across Arkansas and Tennessee, including spas and doctor’s offices. She has worked with a wide variety of patients, ranging from professional athletes and rock stars to post-op patients and whiplash victims. Above all, she takes great pride in her profession and has always pushed to better herself and learn new modalities to assist her clients.
